Our Refund Policy

Please return unopened or opened products back to us within sixty days of the purchase date ideally together with proof of purchase and your name, address and e-mail address and we will issue a full refund. Don’t worry if you can’t find your proof of purchase. 

If the item is damaged we will pay for return postage. If not, all we ask is that you pay for the postage costs associated with returning the product to us.

In the unlikely event you have to return one of our products because there is something wrong with it, we will pay the full return postage costs and will send you a free gift along with your full refund.
